Sales & Marketing Executive Area Lead, Tenant Acquisition 2- 3 Years, Koramangala You will be responsible for marketing our properties across specific areas in Bangalore. Your responsibilities would include: Advertise our vacant properties across our website, online portals, on Social media channels, etc. Establish partnerships with real estate brokers and Relocation companies to find tenants for our properties Organize inspections for our vacant properties, and follow up with all interested parties. Negotiate and close tenants for the properties. Place banners across our vacant villas. Requirements: Pleasant personality, confident and well- spoken individual. Very well organized Excellent written and spoken communication. Ability to communicate well in English Dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion and commitment to succeed, and attention to detail. Comfortable with email, and online property classified sites.
