Sales & Marketing Manager - Tenant Acquisition, 4- 5 years, Koramangala We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager for our fast growing Tenant Acquisition division. You will be responsible for marketing our properties across Bangalore. Your responsibilities would include: Manage a team of executives Creative Marketing of our vacant properties across channels. Establish partnerships with Movers- Packers, Real estate brokers, Relocation companies, etc. Verify, negotiate and close tenants for the properties. Present metrics on a monthly basis, and ensure that the growth and occupancy rate goals are achieved. Requirements Pleasant personality, confident and well- spoken individual. Very well organized Excellent written and spoken communication.
