Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Sales:Identify and acquire new customers for two-wheeler loans.Promote loan schemes to walk-in customers at dealerships and through field visits.Follow up with leads and convert them into loan applications.Customer Handling:Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment terms.Assist customers in filling applications and collecting required documents.Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.Loan Processing:Submit applications and documents to the credit/operations team.Coordinate for timely approvals and disbursals.Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.Dealer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers and sales staff.Ensure continuous lead flow and cooperation from dealerships.Train dealer staff on new schemes and documentation.Reporting & Target Achievement:Meet or exceed monthly disbursement and conversion targets.Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.Track loan application status and update stakeholders.Key Requirements:Education:12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.Experience:02 - 3 years of experience in financial sales, preferably in vehicle loans or BFSI sector.Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Sales-oriented with a target-driven approach.Basic understanding of loans and documentation.Local language proficiency is preferred.Additional Details:Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Fixed Incentives
