Job Description

    We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Officer to drive sales of two-wheeler loan products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with dealers and customers, and ensuring successful loan disbursements. This role involves fieldwork, interacting directly with customers and partners, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Promote two-wheeler loan products to customers and channel partners such as dealerships.
    • Generate leads through field visits, marketing activities, and partnerships with two-wheeler dealerships.
    • Educate customers on loan products, eligibility criteria, and the loan application process.
    • Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure timely submission of necessary documentation.
    • Maintain relationships with dealerships to ensure a steady pipeline of loan applications.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by successfully closing deals and ensuring timely loan disbursement.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory compliance during loan processing.
    • Track and follow up on loan applications with the credit and operations team to ensure quick approvals.
    • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers during the loan process.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on market trends and customer needs to senior management.
    Qualifications:
    • 10th/ PUC / Graduate can apply
    • Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in two-wheeler loans, vehicle finance, or financial services.
    • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a field sales role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and dealers.
    • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as needed.
    • Knowledge of loan products, processes, and regulatory guidelines related to vehicle finance.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with loan management systems is a plus.
    • Must know Kannada language
    Salary Package:
    • 2,40,000 to 3,00000
