This position is responsible for ensuring achievement of sales for the store through efficient store operations, customer service delivery, management of store personnel and adherence to company normsJob Profile-1 Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service2 Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures3 Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards4 Reports of latest trends, customer profile, customer needs, KPIs & profits etc5 Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)6 Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.RESPONSIBILITIES1 Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals2 Oversee and maintain the customer service standards to the highest possible level3 Communicate professionally and effectively with employees and all support services within the company, act as the primary liaison for corporate communications4 Represent the ASMA image through personal and professional appearance5 Take responsibility for productivity and profitability of the store including sales growth, staffing and inventory results6 Understand and comply with all company policy, procedures and operations7 Maintain the highest level of security and safety awareness within the store8 Recognize problems, analyze causes, generate alternatives and solutions9 Manage all controllable expenses10 Develop all employees to be knowledgeable in areas of product, merchandising, operations, customer service, VM, sales and growth within the company11 Maintains store staff by supporting recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees12 Effectively supervise the sales floor to ensure customer and associate awareness at all times13 Demonstrate teamwork within store and company and ensure that staff is treated professionally, respectfully and courteously.
