You will be working as a part of HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. HR operations and operational HR services, include administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management. You will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture. You will be working as a part of HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. HR operations and operational HR services, include administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management. The Incentive Compensation team works on optimizing incentive management capabilities like business processes, compensation plan development, and technology implementations. Document Control and Retention (distribution, posting, retiring and retention management of documents) Development content, revisions, approvals, organization, provisioning for: Incentive Compensation Plan Documents Business Rules Incentive Compensation (IC) Plans Business Process Procedures with Workflow Diagrams Standard Operating Procedures Work Instructions Administrator s Documentation Reports Master Glossary of Terms referred VBA experience Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements. Ability to multi-task, work under deadlines, manage expectations and consistently deliver on time is critical Ability to respond quickly to ad hoc requests Strong attention to process compliance and detail Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Detail oriented / analytical skills Excellent interpersonal skills Planning and personal organizational skills Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Project. Adept in troubleshooting and problem solving. 4 year s experience with a library management tool such as Qvidian 4 year s experience in tech, process or legal documentation Roles and Responsibilities In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts,
