Job Description

    Your job responsibilities will include:1. Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement2. Design training curriculum within time and budget limitations3. Create and curate training material.4. Induct new salespeople into the process5. Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discussstrengths and weaknesses6. Monitor sales objectives and results and drive conversion7. Coach Team members to handle rebuttals effectively.8. Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance dataof trainees after sessions.9. Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)10. Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum.Apply now if you have,1. Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.2. At least 2 years of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or asimilar position3. Manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-basedlearning.4. Excellent organizational skills, communication and presentation abilities5. Ability to measure performance, experience with building and developing teams6. Bachelors degree7. Possession of certifications in training would be an advantage.8. Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer service bestpractices.9. Excellent communication skills - English and Telugu
