Job Description

    Job Title: Salesforce Developer Agentforce AI Experience: 3 to 6 Years Salary: Up to 27 LPA Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR Employment Type: Full-Time / PermanentWe are seeking a talented and driven Salesforce Developer with experience in Agentforce AI and core Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will contribute to building intelligent, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that enhance user productivity, customer experience, and business automation.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain Salesforce Agentforce AI components, including AI-driven automation, workflows, and recommendation engines.
    • Build and customize Salesforce Lightning Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce Pages.
    • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
    • Optimize and enhance Salesforce AI capabilities using Einstein, GPT-based integrations, and analytics tools.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Architects) to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
    • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment cycles using CI/CD tools.
    • Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • 3 to 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Technical Consultant.
    • Hands-on experience with Agentforce AI, Salesforce Einstein, or similar AI/ML-enhanced Salesforce features.
    • Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
    • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom application development.
    • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and authentication methods (OAuth, SAML).
    • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git) for Salesforce CI/CD pipeline management.
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory; Platform Developer II or Salesforce AI certifications are a plus.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working in Agile teams and using tools like JIRA, Confluence.
    • Knowledge of data modeling, security architecture, and governor limits.
    • Exposure to industry-specific Salesforce products (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud) is a bonus.
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
