Job Description

#JLLTechAmbitionsDuties & responsibilities:

  • Independently develop, execute and monitor test approach, test plan and test script for Salesforce application.
  • Work closely with other teams/vendors to develop overall test approach for supported applications in eco-system.
  • Consults with the business to develop functional requirements, documentation and communication materials to ensure accurate usage and interpretation of JLL business requirements.
  • Mentors less experienced analysts on proper standards/techniques to improve their accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform the unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
  • Develop technical understanding of how Salesforce integrate with other applications and standards.
  • Develop test automation processes and tools where necessary to improve productivity.
  • Provide on-going quality assurance to Salesforce application within the organization.
Key skills :
  • Good experience in leading the Quality Assurance function across multiple teams and partners.
  • Good experience in manual testing techniques in Salesforce.
  • Good experience in test management tools and automation tools i.e. Provar.
  • Experience in user acceptance testing.
  • Should have understanding of CRM processes.
  • Should have experience in writing functional and technical documentation.
  • Has experience working as Salesforce QA in an agile development environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with detail oriented.
  • Strong understanding in software assurance for customer facing websites and data related projects.
  • Good exposure to back-end/ETL testing with high-level of SQL skills is preferred.
  • Good exposure to test automation techniques, processes and tools is preferred.
  • Participated in multiple Test Phases in medium to large projects.
  • Should have strong test process orientation and familiarity with test scenario identification and test data preparation techniques.
  • Thorough knowledge of software test life cycle, test case life cycle, defect life cycle etc.
  • Proficiency with test case preparation and execution.
  • Ability to articulate business requirements in sufficient detail such that a technical solution can be designed and engineered by the technical team will be advantageous
Employee specification:
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant software quality assurance experience is desired, preferably in Salesforce or any CRM SaaS application.
  • Having a Bachelors/Master s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems from a reputed University.
  • 2-3 years experience on hands-on testing for Salesforce.com
  • Any Salesforce Certifications would be a plus.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Self-learner and has an inquisitive mind.
