Identify, document and manage all environment build out requirements for releases and when appropriate, assign ownership to team membersManage large and complex release activities including the facilitation of meetings, creating and publishing release schedules and coordinating implementation activitiesIdentify and document environment dependencies and ensure they are managed appropriately.Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and qualityEnsure adherence to quality standards, establish guidelines as necessaryEnsure proper release documentation is filed by associated groups in accordance with established guidelinesManage code/configuration reconciliation for business owned environmentsManage activities between Release Management and the following functions: Change Management, Problem/Incident Management, and Projects Development Leads, QA/Testing.Work with RTE, MDs and DevOps teams to plan Code Organization, Code Branching and Merging strategy etc.Enable and smoothen feature based delivery among the development teamEnsure critical release related issues are resolved or assigned to appropriate groups for resolutionMake recommendations, and implement approved recommendations to improve process;Incorporate release automation and continuous integration tools for continuous deliveryManage release documentation and drive improvements manage documentationWork with senior management to escalate release issues in a timely mannerCollaborate with geographically and culturally diverse cross-functional teamsEstablish and deliver services within the framework of audit and compliance guidelinesDevelop team process and service documentation and present to interested partiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent with 5-7 years of experienceProject Management ExperienceHands-on experience with Salesforce (ServiceCloud, Lightning and Classic, Declarative & Programmatic)Hands-on experience with DevOps Tools (SVN.
