The Scrum Lead is an experienced professional who will work closely with Delivery Managers in leading the various technical and non-technical team members; managing and running complex, enterprise, and strategic technology projects. The Scrum Lead supports Delivery Managers in running the projects, scoping, contracts review, knowledge transfer, and budget management and supports pre-sales activities. The Scrum Lead will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our professional services projects. This position requires a strong analytical mind, high attention to detail, good communication skills, and a great attitude and work ethic. • Aligning closely with Delivery Managers and Services Sales teams to support pre-sales activities such as scoping, solutioning, SOW development, and project staffing
• Organise, prioritise and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Deliver on a variety of end-to-end projects that are medium to high complexity, including plan, design, create, and communication.
• Create clear and concise communication, primarily PowerPoint decks, for leadership on Projects and programs running in the region.
• Provide the Professional Services team with Subject Matter Expertise related to the proposed solution and client needs in order to ensure successful project delivery
• Assist with gathering, analysing, and reporting project data from the region.
• Report on and escalate schedule conflicts, technical dependencies, and other types of program risks if required.
• Analyse project/program data to identify trends and opportunities to improve the management of financials, timelines, resources, and overall quality.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of methodologies and practices leveraged by Delivery Teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to help plan and execute product plans and presentations
• Adopt a standardised development lifecycle methodology for all projects.
Requirements
• 8 Years IT exp, 3 Years Proven work experience as a Scrum Lead or Scrum Master
• Strong experience in leading Salesforce Delivery Teams, Industry Experience will be a plus
• 2 Salesforce Certifications
• 3 years of Strong working experience in project management, from initiation to closure and delivery with multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Support the Delivery Managers to eliminate blockers, set up the right project process internally, and closely track and follow up all projects.
• Working knowledge of Agile Project Management Methodology
• Proven Process Oriented and Problem Solving skills
• People Management will be advantageous
• Risk management and quality assurance control skills
• Ability to break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Liaise with the Delivery teams to identify and define tasks, prepare schedule, and track to closure
• Update the Delivery managers about the progress frequently, and make sure they can be done on time and on track.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Projects, Smartsheets, Asana, etc)
• An ability to prepare and interpret data, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures
• BS in Business Administration / Engineering or related field
• CAPM or PMP certification required
• Scrum Master certification required
