Job Description

Dear candidate,Greetings from Geetha Innovative Solutions!We have an opening for Salesforce - Team Lead with our reputed client in Bangalore.

  • Hands-on experience in implementation of significant customization using the force.complatform.
  • Experience in lightning implementation is preferred
  • Ability to Perform configuration, customization, API integration (REST & SOAP - good to have) and support of Salesforce.com (minimum 3+ years of Admin, Configuration)
  • Experience in customizing using apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visual force etc.
  • Experience in working with HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript and J Query.
  • Ability to convert customer requirement to technical specifications and support multiple Orgs implementation
  • Understanding of the Salesforce.com data model.
  • Experience with Subversion, Git or other SCM systems
  • Eclipse IDE and ANT Deployment tool, CI/CD(good to have).
  • Understanding the release management and software development life cycle
  • Comfortable using the agile development process
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and articulation ability
  • Work with architects and other developers to translate business requirements into solution designs that best achieve the target capabilities and leverage the platform effectively
  • Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated to implement capabilities based on business requirements and solution design
  • Supply expertise in advanced Apex programming concepts including common design patterns, governor limit management techniques, bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, and asynchronous operations
  • Design, develop, test, document and deploy third-party API integrations (REST & SOAP) with Salesforce
  • Plan, design, develop, test and deploy solutions within an agile SDLC framework that delivers high-quality code on a frequent basis
  • Produce class diagrams, component diagrams, sequence diagrams and similar documentation
  • Engage in code reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained
  • Provide technical thought leadership, coaching and mentoring to junior technical team members
  • SFDC Certified in PD1, PD2, Admin (preferred)
