Job Description

    JD - Job Title: Core ABAP Developer OData & OOABAP Specialist Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 5 to 7 Years Employment Type: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Core ABAP Developer with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core ABAP, OData services, and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), along with working knowledge of SAP Fiori. Hands-on experience is preferred, especially with Qmates tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SAP applications using Core ABAP and OOABAP. Build and expose OData services for SAP Fiori applications. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize and enhance existing ABAP programs for performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. Work with Qmates tools for quality assurance and development efficiency. Support SAP Fiori app development and integration. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Core ABAP development. Hands-on experience with OData services and OOABAP. Good understanding of SAP Fiori architecture and integration. Experience with Qmates or similar development tools is a plus. Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. SAP certification in ABAP or related modules is a plus.
