Job Description

    ABAP o Expertise with hands on development experiencein RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms && Workflow) oHands-on expertise in below areas of ABAP: Reports: Classical, Interactive and ALV(Preferably ALV using OO Methodology) Strong Expertise in OO ABAP Interfaces:BAPI, BDC, Flat file Interfaces (handling files on both Application Server andPresentation Server), EDI-IDoc, ODATA Enhancements: BADI, User Exits andCustomer Exits. Knowledge of Enhancement Spots would be added advantage.Proficiency in areas like Data Dictionary and Performance Tuning, New ABAPSyntax, Expertise in OO ABAP o Knowledge on advanced ABAP areas such asCDS Views, AMDP, Webdynpro and Workflow would be added advantage.Development Standards/Development Process. Soft skills/Analytical/Leadershipskills: Should have good analytical skills and very strong interpersonal &&communication skills. Should be having enthusiasm and energy to drive things in avolatile environment. Should be able to articulate well through various means suchas presentation, meeting, group discussion etc. Should be a very good listener anda people manager. Should have lead a team in the past. Should know about varioustypes of projects in SAP: implementation, support and upgrade. Must have workedin all three types of projects. Should be good at effort estimation by consideringcomplexity of objects. Should be well versed with making right assumptions whileestimating the efforts. Should be having working knowledge in Planning, Scheduling,Execution and Monitoring concepts && tools (such as XL, MPP etc.). Very goodawareness of entire SDLC and processes related to SDLC. Should also be good invisualizing and formulating process flow diagrams. Should be a proactive driver andensure that status reports and produced in time and all development work is trackedas per expectations. Identifying and resolving issues by analysing programs anddetermining solutions. Assisting the team, when necessary, in the developmentprocess.
