Job Description

    Job Title: SAP BASIS AdministratorLocation:BangaloreAvailability: Immediate Joiners PreferredJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Administrator to provide technical support, establish standards, evaluate and implement enhancements, and ensure optimal performance of SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP BASIS, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex requirements in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical support for SAP BASIS administration, including system configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
    • Manage and support SAP Technical Infrastructure components running on ABAP and/or JAVA stacks.
    • Architect, design, and implement SAP solutions on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
    • Work with IT and business compliance teams to set up, manage, and monitor SAP systems.
    • Oversee TMS (Transport Management System) configuration, including routes and release management.
    • Optimize performance tuning, installations, and documentation processes.
    • Engage with business and senior stakeholders to drive project delivery and decision-making.
    • Manage ticketing, monitoring, demand/capacity management tools, and automation.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal business teams and external consultants to ensure SAP system efficiency.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • 8-10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP BASIS Administrator.
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience in business engagement and senior stakeholder management.
    • Strong industry and functional expertise with SAP configuration and design experience.
    • Ability to organize teams, resolve critical issues, and manage complex requirements.
    • Experience in full-cycle global SAP implementations.
    • Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Expertise in SAP Basis Administration and S/4 HANA.
    • Knowledge of Embedded Analytics, Fiori, and BW for HANA.
    • Hands-on experience in release management and transport management system (TMS) configuration.
    • Familiarity with performance tuning, system installations, and technical documentation.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP tools, monitoring, and automation.
    • Ability to challenge constructively and assertively communicate solutions.
