Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We are hiring for the position ofSAP FICO Consultant - FICO ECC at LTI MindtreeRequired Skills & Experience Minimum of 10 years SAP experience in Financial Accounting - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation, Integrations, Inter-company Accounting, Controlling and Project System. MUST have good experience ino Master data (G/L, PC, CC, WBS, & MM),o New GL Document Splitting,o Validation and Substitution,o Tax procedure, Withholding tax,o Asset Accounting,o Accounts Receivable & Payable,o Automatic Payment Program,o DMEE configuration,o Bank accounting,o Electronic Bank Statement configurations,o Lockbox processing,o General controlling,o General Controlling for CO related settings; Cost Element and Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order Accounting, Profit Center Accounting,o Project system (Results Analysis and Settlements),o Revenue Recognition,o Month End & Year End Closing. Nice to Haveo BCM,o CO-Profitability Analysis,o Budgeting,o S/4HANA, etc. Should have at least 1 year finance domain experience. Should have at least 6 years of support experience. Should have at least 3 implementation, rollout, data migration experience. Should have worked with ABAP on the customized program and enhancement. Should have worked on the complex assignments. Should have worked on SAP Tools LSMW. Should have SAP FI/CO Certification. Added advantage to have Basic debugging skills.Soft and analytical skills Customer Facing role. Should have good communication skills both oral and writing. Good understanding of integration & touch point with other modules. Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs. Document functional designs, test cases and results. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
