Job Description

    Primary Responsibilty:SAP FICO Lead
    1. Collaborate with users and vendor to gather, define and analyse business requirements and business processes with aim for standardization and a uniform solution across entities.
    2. Propose, review and/or constructively challenge design, solution and/or strategy paper to assure quality and in alignment with AHSEA solution standards and directions.
    3. Participate in the testing phase to ensure quality deliverables and guide/support the users during the UAT.
    4. Support and be directly involved in change management activities (e.g. training, briefing, close support) to ensure a smooth transition for the end users to the new ways of working.
    5. Lead, drive and support data definition and data migration activities (e.g. extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, reconciliation).
    6. Perform deployment and cutover and thereafter provide hypercare support.
    1. Requirements:
    1. Minimum 10 years of SAP experience in theFICO.
    2. Proven experience and knowledge being an Functional SME or BA to deliver solutions in mid to large project implementation settings.
    3. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
    4. Basic fluency in spoken Bahasa Melayu.
    5. Preferably to have 5 full SAP or equivalent ERP project lifecycle implementation
    6. Preferably certified in SAP module of your expertise.
    7. Advantageous to have experience and exposure to project management to deliver successful SAP implementation.
    8. Advantageous to have experience in fast moving consumer good (FMCG) industry.
    9. Advantageous to have knowledge in other SAP modules like SD, MM, etc.

    2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    3. Self-driven and ability to work independently.
    4. Possess curiosity and attention to detail to find root causes of business challenges and devise effective solution options for improvement.
    5. Strong facilitation and influencing and work well with different level of stakeholders.
    6. Not afraid to speak up for overall good.
