Job Description

Key skills required for the job are:

  • SAP HCM Payroll - India-L3 (Mandatory)
Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks:-Work independently to deliver SAP Payroll Solutions (HCM Payroll / EC Payroll) focusing on the Key Tasks / Deliverables.Experience of working in remote delivery model.Key Tasks / Deliverables.Deliver Configurations as per Design Document (BPD / SDD / Configuration Workbook) with ZERO Defects.Functional Specification Preparation and delivery of the corresponding WRICEF Object with the Technical Team.Testing, Testing Support and Issue / Defect Resolution.Cut-Over Execution as per the Cutover Plan / Checklist.Documentation.Any Additional Tasks as may be required by the Project TeamExperience / Skill Requirements:-.Payroll Certification (SAP ERP HCM Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll).Hands-on SAP Payroll Implementation Experience with multiple Country Localizations including country-specific Statutory Requirements, Payroll specific Configurations and Legal Reporting.Ability to ramp-up into Additional Payroll Localizations.At least 3 end-to-end Payroll Implementations Experience.Key Payroll-specific Skills include but not limited to.Wage Type Configurations.Payroll Schema and PCRs.Integration within HCM for Master Data, Time Data, etc.Integration with other Functional Areas like Finance & Controlling, Logistics, etc.Knowledge and Experience with SAP Activate Methodology.Knowledge and Experience on HR Business Processes.Good Communication written & oral Skills.Knowledge / Experience on SAP ERP HCM Time Management is desirableAs a Consultant, you should have in-depth knowledge in any one technological or industry practice / functional area and overview of 2-3 other areas. You should handle solution definition/ fitment for a small sized project with a medium complexity. You should be able to build a custom Function Module with medium complexity program logic.Minimum work experience:5 - 8 Years, Mandatory Skills: SAP HCM Payroll - India SAP HCM Payroll, Consulting, SAP HCM Core Desirable Skills:Language Skills: English Language
