Job Description

    Job Title: SAP IBP Transition & Project ManagerExperience: 15 YearsLocation: Bangalore (Hybrid/On-site)Compensation: Up to 50 LPAWe are looking for a Seasoned SAP IBP Transition & Project Manager with deep experience in supply chain transformation programs, SAP IBP implementation, and global transition/project management. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) rollouts, leading cross-functional teams across geographies.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead large-scale SAP IBP implementations, with a strong focus on transition planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
    • Drive end-to-end project delivery: from requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration to deployment and hypercare.
    • Create and manage transition roadmaps, project plans, cutover activities, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and resource planning.
    • Coordinate data migration, interface development, and integration with ECC/S/4HANA, APO, or other legacy systems.
    • Manage vendor/partner teams, onsite/offshore resources, and governance activities.
    • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and maintain project documentation, issue logs, and KPIs.
    • Conduct training, change management, and end-user adoption programs.
    Required Skills:
    • 15 years of experience in SAP supply chain domain, with minimum 5- 7 years in SAP IBP.
    • Proven track record of managing end-to-end IBP transformation or transition programs globally.
    • Deep knowledge in one or more IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Control Tower, Response & Supply.
    • Strong expertise in project management, stakeholder communication, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership.
    • Hands-on experience with cutover planning, UAT management, and hypercare support.
    • Familiarity with SAP Activate, Solution Manager, or other delivery tools.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / SAP Activate certification is highly preferred.
    • SAP IBP Certification or relevant module-level expertise.
    • Exposure to industry best practices in manufacturing, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals.
    • Experience in managing multi-country SAP rollouts or transitions.
