Job Description

    Role Overview:At PwC, as a Senior Associate in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management applications. Your role will involve analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications. By working in this area, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze the current business requirements and processes and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client needs.- Design, configure, and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (Recruiting & Onboarding) modules based on business requirements.- Assist in developing functional specifications for integration and data developments.- Support in the testing process by developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios to identify errors and issues in business processes, documentation, or user lack of experience.- Assist in application support, system testing, and training of end-users.Qualifications Required:- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, with openness to learning new tools and adapting work methods.- A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (Recruiting & Onboarding) configuration.- Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules.- Ability to interpret business requirements/problems and provide clear recommendations.- Collaborative and communicative skills with clients.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project.- Experience with cloud implementation methodology and project planning, with at least 4 full-cycle implementations for Recruitment & Onboarding modules.- Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition projects.- Experience leading client workshops.- Creation of documentation and training materials.- Knowledge transfer to clients and training of super users.
