Job Description

    *Functional and Technical Competencies
    • SAP Senior Consultant, with over 7 years of IT professional experience in SAP ECC and at least 1+ year on SAP S/4 1709 or higher in the area of Sales & Distribution (SD), CS, Variant Configuration including:
      • Extensive hands on experience in the areas of: Order Management, Pricing, Service notifications, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Repair procedures, RRB, Return Orders, Debit/Credit memos, Variant Configuration, Master Data including Classification, Dependencies, Material Masters, and Bill of Materials etc
    • Worked in the areas of: Service notification both revenue bearing and non revenue bearing
    • Integrating SD module with other enterprise areas such as CS, Pricing , configuring and implementing, working with interfaces (SAP PI, PO), SAP SD Tables, ABAP debugging, training and support.
    • Ability to work with internal business stakeholders, analyze business requirements and actively drive/ propose design and development of the right fit solutions to meet the requirements.
    • Coordinate efforts with other specialists, integrate change management activities into project plan
    • Revenue account recognition: Good understanding of dependencies for Revenue account determination, assignment of account keys and G/L accounts. Worked with FI team to streamline revenue recognition.
    • Revenue Account determination (RAR) - VKOA entries and credit management as a part of SD -CS-FI-CO integration
    • Operational business experience (or good awareness)
    • Substantial business experience in Sales, marketing, logistics Management in Large firms
    • SAP S/4 Certification/s on Cutomer Management module. SD certification is a plus
    AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
    • Responsible for Design and Configuration of SAP S/4HANA system to meet the specified business requirements.
    • Highest expertise in analysing new business requirements and proposing best suitable solution.
    • Expertise in writing functional specification for RICFW change requests and work with development and integrationteams in building and testing the solution.
    • Actively engage and drive FIT campaign and defect resolution in the area of SAP CS
    • Work with Scrum team to design, configure the SAP S/4 system
    • Address and proactivity work on Inter team dependency across scrum teams
    • Work with Data, Change management and Infrastructure team on enabling activities
    Other Requirements
    • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Iterative)
    • Strong ability to handle complex, high profile projects. Complexity drivers include: multiple integrated systems where new requirements need to be traced through the inter-related systems; multiple stakeholders across several departments; etc.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to define the business need within the context of the project and then translate the need into requirements.
    • Excellent ability to partner in the business change and tackle projects across multiple process domains . Proven ability to lead the overall business analysis effort on large projects which demand multiple business analysts to delivery.
