SAP S4 Technology Lead - ADM Data Migration Architect Job DescriptionAccountable for the delivery and support of Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM) Platform and capabilities along with associated strategy execution, conflict resolution and program awareness . Emerges as a complete solution Architect with expertise around data analysis, transformation of data, standardization & harmonization and business-process analysis. Should have played a Techno-Functional role for designing industry wide Data Migration model and set up of DSP Platform to perform all aspects of the data migration project lifecycle. Expected to have CPG industry experience across domains. Should be an excellent leader who can manage Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Data Governance Lead, Business Data Owners and stakeholders from business across EMEA , LAO , APAC and NA.Demonstrating a strong understanding of Syniti s Data Migration / Data Governance methodologyDemonstrating strong proficiency in Syniti s tools, working to prescribed development standardsGood understanding of Master Data, Reference Data and Transactional Data business processes for assigned business functional areasDemonstrating a strong knowledge of underlying technical data structures and definitions of assigned functional process areaProvide expert level business analysis on the following SAP modules FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PPDeveloping data migration / governance rules in Syniti s tools as per supplied specificationContributing to integrated data migration design for assigned process area through data analysis, reporting and collaboration.Partner with the Product Owner Orgnanization, Delivery Teams, GBS Data Stewards, Business Data Owners & Data Governance Lead for requirements, integrations and processes, participate in meetings and working sessionsProvides thought leadership, frameworks, and best practices in ADM Implementation, that are required to deliver effective data migration solutions to KCDesigning, creating and executing reports in alignment to project deliverablesCreating and maintaining data load programsExecution of end-to-end data loads and reconciliationsPartner with the Platform Support for Production deployment and Warranty support phases and responsible for health of production systemDeliver innovative, efficient and cost effective solutions to meet enterprise needs along with Enterprise Architect & Solution Architect and to drive business growth.Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issuesMaintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.Essential Functions:Design & Delivery Define, analyze, design and deliver ADM solution for managing KC S/4 HANA Journey . Seasoned Architcet for designing ADM landscape and associated strategy ADM Implementation Strategy Plan and Rollout the ADM Implementation Strategy for KC Enterprise in accordance to the Enterprise Data Management strategies. Collaboration Has to collaborate and work across along with DTS Product Owner Orgnanization, DTS Delivery Teams, GBS Data Stewards, Business Data Owners & Data Governance Lead to design and architect the ADM solution and Architecture keeping KC s S/4 HANA Journey in mindSkills & Qualifications:Education required/ preferred:Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, similar field.Experience:12-15 Years of Professional Experience with equivalent experience in information technology7-9 years SAP Techno-Functional or Functional experience to include Strong Data Migration experience with migration to S/4 HANA (3 yrs)using SAP ADM or equivalent toolArchitecture and design experience of at least 1.5 yrs (with at least ONE full lifecycle ADM architecting independently)Understands end to end cycle of data migration in SAP S/4 HANA landscapeExpertise in the latest ADM Application version (7.X) and thorough hands on in resolving SAP ADM tool issuesExperience in how to drive integrations to/from ADM to various platforms. Experience with Realtime integration (MuleSoft preferably) with ADM platformExperienced in driving the GOLDEN records across domains leveraging internal ADM capabilities/Accelerators and embedding external AI/ML to help on the GOLDEN record definitionExpert level business-process knowledge associated with one or more of the following SAP functional modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, PSExperienced with SAP BODS and integrations with SAP IS, SAP ECC, SAP MDG, S/4, other applications like PLM, Ariba/COPA, Planning applicationsProficient in MS SQL (query skills, table structure and relational databases). Experience with T-SQL.
