  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 On Call support 24/7 and should work on different time zones AU, ZA, Europe 2 Attending Priority calls and solving issues in the call with Business Client communication role 3 Assist and guide the junior team members 4 Attending daily calls with management with all proper updates 5 Conduct CDP session and update in CDP tool
      • Technical Experience : 1 Should be strong in all SD Functional areas 2 Should have knowledge in logics process 3 Should work on Direct store delivery, Idocs, and interfaces 4 Knowledge on Basic ABAP skills 5 Should be strong in all business process related to SD 6 Knowledge on integrations between SD/FI, SD/Proc
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Should possess strong Communication and Analytical skills 2 Should be capable of handling escalations
      • Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 Years of formal education without GAP
    • Additional Information : Knowledge of CGS Industry will be an added advantage
