Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Must have design and configuration experience in EWM/WM/LE module: Inbound/outbound/manufacturing process with Warehouse, VAS, Picking, Packing, HUM, Cross docking, Yard management, Labor management, Physical inventory, Shipment, Internal Warehouse EWM Processes and return process.
  • Experienced in designing labels, Barcode Scanners, RF implementation with ITS Mobile.
  • Detailed knowledge of systems and business processes within SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Execution modules (EWM/WM) and other SAP cross functional experience in MM, PP&SD.
  • Must have Integration experience SAP with non-SAP external systems (Supplier collaboration, 3PL, etc.) /internal legacy systems. Integration experience with SAP 3PL preferred.
  • Must have experience in migrating data to SAP EWM & Post migration data validation/ Reconciliation in various Projects.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge and application of testing strategies, methodologies and has been responsible for executing unit, integration and user acceptance testing
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements, processes and designs into well documented system designs and preparation business process global template.
  • Working experience with EWM queue management and resolutions.
  • Good experience in LOSC/POSC.
  • Good experience in all standard SAPE WM configurations including Warehouse org structure, Placement and removal strategies, Physical inventory, Print configurations.
  • Working experience with Serial number and batch management.
  • Working experience of cross-docking, wave/2-step picking etc.
  • Good to have experience on EWM Replenishment, Slotting & Rearrangement Processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
  • A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience and Other Requirements:
  • Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management in the areas of Planning, Manufacturing & warehousing processes experiences are added advantages
  • Experience in SAP Material Flow Systems (MFS) or any other third party automation tools will be desirable
  • Experience in EWM technical knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution will be preferred
  • Must have good understanding on S/4HANA Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business processes
  • Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology
  • Use of Solution Manager as a part of implementation life cycle is desirable.
