Position Status: This is basically a project position continued for 3 years. However , the candidate will be taken on one year contract initially which will be extendable based on the performance. Project Details: Sandhya shale an extended learning and activity platform beyond school hours to address the challenges for learning at home. A safe and comfortable space for the children to learn with joy. Position summary: The incumbent will be responsible to ensure complete coordination and management of Sandhya Shale activities at one selected Government school. Specifically , the incumbent requires understanding the Sandhya shale project , Planning , Scheduling and implementing the project activities. Coordination with school managers , documentation and reporting of the activities. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation in Education , Social Work , Development Management / Studies , Human Development , Social Sciences , Having B.Ed / M.Ed qualification would be advantageous. Mandatory Skills / Competencies: Broad understanding of the Education sector , NCF and RTE and cross cutting school development issues. Passion for working with children , active and creative. Ability to think / plan innovative activities to strengthen the teaching learning process. Coordination ability to work with team Application Process SoP: Candidates are encouraged to send a note in about 500 words , describing the how the NCF and RTE can be incorporated in the school activities for the overall development of the student. The note can be in Kannada. Remuneration: Salary will commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
