Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Role Overview:

  • Be responsible to run the Scrum ceremonies
  • Manage the scrum team and work to manage impediments
  • Be responsible for day-to-day operations of the team
  • Planning & time management
  • Conflict Management & Leave management
  • Client coordination
Responsibilities
  • Take accountability of the plan and execute the plan as committed
  • Coordinate with PO, architects to understand the priorities
  • Plan the sprint, execute, and deliver quality output
  • Collect metrics as agreed with the stakeholder
  • Participate in all scrum ceremonies
Mandatory : US HealthCare/Pharma NP : less than 15 days or Immediate joiners or Service Notice Period(30days), Roles and Responsibilities Role Overview:
