As Scrum Master, you will have a deep understanding of different Agile and lean approaches and supporting context, specifically you will:Have a spectacular understanding of Scrum, combined with significant recent experience performing a Scrum Master role and successfully delivering software and other IT projectsBe comfortable in facilitating all Agile ceremonies to a high standardDemonstrate excellent partner management skills.
