  • SCB Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) domain is looking for technology leads in Bangalore in the CCIB Channels space.
  • This role demands working with Technology and Business teams across a wide range of applications and portfolios
Role & Responsibilities: Areas of responsibility include the following:
  • Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
  • Guide the team on self-organization
  • Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaches the team to achieve higher levels of maturity
  • Manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
  • Remove delivery impediments and ensures delivery commitments are met with appropriate quality
  • Lead delivery by example via best practices that benefit the organization to delivery effectively
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist with internal and external communication
  • Support the Product Owner, especially in grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Required skills:This role requires the following skills and background:
  • At least 7 years work experience in technology/banking delivering large projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Structured decision making and Superior problem-solving skills
  • Previous execution experience of mid-sized to large projects involving complex design, development and deployment experience
  • Must have the ability to influence, guide and mentor others
  • Ability to collaborate with teams across the bank to leverage previous experiences, utilities and shared capabilities
  • Experience in playing Scrum Master/Delivery lead role for at least four years
  • Good technical skills/experience in delivering Java based projects
  • PSM and/or Agile Certified
  • Has led successful Agile transformation of teams/projects
  • Experience with widely successful Agile techniques - User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing.
  • Proficient in using tools for Agile execution such as Jira, Confluence, Git etc.
  • Demonstrates good Knowledge of agile ceremonies and various agile techniques
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • Knowledgeable about best practices, industry standards, open-source, emerging trends
  • Good visualization and presentation skills to create visual models and experience using industry modelling tools
  • Excellent team player with ability to communicate effectively with various business and technology stakeholders
