Job Description

    The Cloud Platform Scrum Master / Project ManagerThe ideal candidate has track-record in leading agile (project) teams working in R&D environments , as well solid understanding of cloud computing, technology systems and migrations. You should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively share your knowledgeYour ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and improve the agile (SAFe) and DevSecOps way of working between CCoE team and its partnersConverting high level roadmap items to PI planning goals to product/sprint backlogConducting / Facilitating the ceremonies (planning, daily standup, retrospective/review) and meetingsBe project-lead for CCoE related projectsTracking the implementation/progress against plan and maintain the traceability of implemented featuresCommunicate with stakeholders, report out of progress and delivery status, eliminate/escalate impediments, help manage risk, and driving relentless improvement.Take the team along on development journey, bring out the best from members, help in developing the bonding, educate them with SAFe, Agile ways of working with emphasis on documentation.Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely mannerBe evangelist of Cloud computing to the rest of NXPActively participate in communities / forums / guilds on Cloud computing (both external and internal to NXP)Your ProfileWe are looking for a Scrum master with following characteristics:Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering with 12+ years of working experience in complex IT environmentProven experience in managing (project) teams in the agile way of working ( > 5 years)Knowledge of the DevSecOps culture and principlesFamiliarity with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP or similar), CI/CD pipelines , cybersecurity threats, current best practices .Strong teamwork and communication skillsOrganized, efficient, and results-drivenYou are a process-oriented, creative, analytical, open-minded and transparent on own workEager to learn and not afraid to take initiative.
