Sec Admin, LeadBangalore, IndiaRole Purpose:We are currently seeking Technical Associate with 2 to 2. 5 years for User Access provisioning processes experience, preferably role based access management experience. Candidate should be working in Finance or Investment Banking vertical. This role would consist of individual contributor and also be instrumental in improving; automating existing processes and adds value by bringing in more efficiency. Key Responsibilities :Daily BAU Activities:Should be technically strong on Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Share permissions (NTFS / NAS), LDAP architectureShould have good knowledge on access provisioning activities on Unix / Sybase / MSSQL / Oracle platformsShould have knowledge on provisioning / de-provisioning of elevated and privileged accessShould have complete understanding of how termination process should work and should be in a situation to handle, manage, improve this critical processShould have exposure on working on Audit requests according to business practice. Should have knowledge and understanding of Corporate Information Security Standards and Controls. Should have knowledge of IT Risk Governance Frame work standards. Should be having working knowledge on how systems and batch accounts are configured and provisioned as per business needs. Should be aware of different levels of approvalsShould have very good trouble shooting experience and skills, should be able to analyze difficult situations and quickly ascertain best response to mitigate the situation and to get it under control. Should have good knowledge in Excel , Powerpoint, Visio etc. Key Skills, Experience Qualifications:Should have ITIL knowledge, certification good to haveShould be from B. E. / B. Sc. Computer Science educational backgroundShould have keen interest in improving and automating existing processShould have good knowledge understanding of IT Infrastructure Support activitiesShould be flexible to work in any shiftsShould be flexible to stretch for few hours, open to work on weekends on call support as required. Should be eager to learn new things and should exhibit keen interest in IT Support activitiesShould have good verbal written communication skillsShould be able to mentor and guide the team members in day to day activities. Things good to HaveHands on experience on SailPoint, ServiceNow or any other automated access provisioning tool and should be good in terms of understanding the entire design and workflows for access request lifecycle.,
