Job Description

  • To abide by the mission statement of the hotel, the department and the respective section.Handling all secretarial work for the office of General ManagementReplying to all correspondence without constant supervision.Coordination with all HODs for various meetings.Coordination/follow-ups with departments on daily complaints, night reports, requisitions, cheques etc.Coordination with HODs for the monthly report.Taking minutes of the meeting.Assist in implementing T.B.E.M processes.To co-ordinate with all the departments for smooth functioning of the organization.Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documentsOrganize and coordinate meetings, conferencesTake, type and distribute minutes of meetingsImplement and maintain office systemsMaintain schedules and calendarsArrange and confirm appointmentsCo-ordination for organization of internal and external eventsHandle incoming mail and other materialSet up and maintain filing systemsSet up work proceduresCollate informationMaintain databasesCommunicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide informationLiaison with internal and external contactsCoordinate the flow of information both internally and externallyOperate office equipmentManage office spaceTo be a part of Tajness RitualsAdherence to the guidelines mentioned in the TPAM and TCOC and thorough adherence to the IT etiquettes is to be followed.To always adhere to personal grooming as per the standards laid down by the hotel and maintain high standards of grooming.In addition to the above functions, any other assignment / job given by the superior authority occasionally or on a daily basis are to be performed.
