• Coordination for closure of security patches with strict alignment to time lines specified
• Coordination and follow-up with the technical teams for timely updates (resolution plan, change implementation, closure, applicability, risk of not implementing etc) for timely closure
• Extension of APARs where they cannot be closed as per the target dates with the help of account service manager with required artifacts
• Add / remove technical contacts, housekeeping of department documents (based on inputs from the service manager)
• Perform Business as Usual health checking, to include the execution of automated health checking and the implementation of semi-automated and manual health checking across
• Manage weekly and monthly Incident review meetings and provide data metrics to Leadership

• Minimum 5+ years in System Compliance Services
• Experience in monitoring automated & manual health check returns and raise CIRATS issues for remediation work
• Ability to identify deviations and raise such exceptions on CIRATS ensuring that all relevant data is included on the NCI record in accordance with documented procedures
• Proficient in executing health checking activities using HC automated tools e.g. IBM End-Point Manager

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

• Working knowledge on Unix/Intel/SQL platforms
• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
