Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Customer requirement specification analysis and effort estimation. Evaluate Customer Security requirements with customer project team and clarify open points with OEM.
  • Following SEP (Security Engineering Principle)
    • Security relevance questionnaire
    • Technical Security questionnaire
  • Requirement engineering, Adherence to Bosch Security principles
  • To work on product security related activities on safety critical systems and ensure products, processes and work products are compliant to the applicable security standard.
  • Develop Security Concept, identify the gap between Customer Security Requirements & Security platform and perform TARA to identify the remaining residual risk in customer project.
  • To work with the customers security organizations as well as project development team and its managers to ensure product security is maintained and documented.
  • To Identify, plan, establish, coordinate and monitor the security activities identified in the process throughout the product development life cycle.
  • Provide technical support to development team, collaborate on incident response and customer complaints related to security issues.
  • Manage security specific plant topics
  • Beyond the scope of product engineering, consider the impacts on production and In-Field Use Cases, e.g : return analysis.
  • Single point of contact for all product security related queries in customer project.
  • Training of project team for handling of security software
Skills :
  • Experience in Embedded Software Development with good understanding of Product Development Life Cycle [System/Hardware/Software] in automotive domain.
  • Awareness on Security Testing, Penetration test and Fuzz testing.
  • Awareness of Security Engineering Process standards like SEP.
  • Knowledge on Software Security, Hardware based Security in Automotive embedded systems.
  • Knowledge on security techniques, standards and state-of-the art capabilities for authentication and authorization, applied cryptography and security vulnerabilities.
    • Deep Knowledge on Cryptographic Algorithms . Eg: Symmetric / Asymmetric, AES, RSA,ECC, DH, TLS, OTP, Digital Certificates, Digital Signature, Hash, CMAC
  • Awareness on communication protocols ( CAN and Diagnostic Protocols (UDS , OBD) )
  • Security Features --> Secure Boot, Secure Flash , Secure Access , Secure Communication, Secure Logging , Secure Diagnostics etc
  • Knowledge of Autosar Security modules like CAL (Crypto Abstraction Layer), CSM (Crypto Service Manager), SecOC.
  • Secure Coding concepts
