Job Description

    1. Security Operations Management:
      • Oversee day-to-day security operations within the mall, including monitoring CCTV cameras, conducting patrols, and managing security personnel.
      • Ensure compliance with security protocols, procedures, and safety regulations.
    2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
      • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
      • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and enhance security measures.
    3. Emergency Response Planning:
      • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures, including evacuation protocols and crisis management strategies.
      • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a swift and effective response to emergencies.
    4. Security Team Supervision:
      • Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel, including security officers, guards, and support staff.
      • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and capabilities of the security team.
    5. Access Control and Surveillance:
      • Manage access control systems to regulate entry and exit points, parking areas, and restricted areas within the mall.
      • Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) to detect suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
    6. Incident Management and Investigation:
      • Respond to security incidents, disturbances, and complaints within the mall.
      • Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches, thefts, or incidents, and report findings to management and relevant authorities as necessary.
    7. Customer and Tenant Relations:
      • Build positive relationships with mall tenants, visitors, and stakeholders to foster a safe and welcoming environment.
      • Address security concerns and provide assistance and support to tenants and customers as needed.
    8. Compliance and Reporting:
      • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to security, safety, and privacy.
      • Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports related to security incidents, activities, and operations.
    9. Budget and Resource Management:
      • Develop and manage the security budget, including expenditures for personnel, equipment, and training.
      • Optimize resource allocation to maximize security effectiveness while controlling costs.
    10. Continuous Improvement:
      • Continuously evaluate and improve security policies, procedures, and practices based on industry best practices and lessons learned.
      • Stay updated on emerging security technologies and trends to enhance security capabilities within the mall.
