To expand this fast growing business area within HPE, we are looking for a Security Solution Architect (f/m/d).In this amazing role, you will be responsible for advising, assessing, architecting and leading delivery of external customer facing projects as well as supporting pursuit or business development to grow the business. You will ensure timely delivery of project maintaining high quality of services through deep understanding of customers needs. • By leading and participating in security by design and cyber security consulting projects for HPE customers.
• Acting as Principal Consultant who analyses and develops recommendations and solutions for external customers.
• Regularly leading in the technical assessment and delivery of specific security technical solutions to the customer. Acting as a team lead responsible for a team structure conducive to high performance, and ensuring high quality deliverables on time and in scope.
• Providing advanced security consulting and advice to others on proposal efforts, solution design, operations management, tuning and modification of solutions.
• Responding to requests for technical and architectural information from customers.
• Engaging in technical problem solving across multiple security technologies; often needs to develop new methods to apply to the situation.
• Contributing to knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project). Ensuring team members support knowledge sharing and re-use requirements of project. Contributes significant knowledge to job family community.
• Proactively contributing to professional community and coaching others in area of expertise. Regularly producing internally published material such as knowledge briefs, service delivery kit components and modules, etc. Actively contributing to or presenting at multi-customer technology conferences.
• Creating and supporting sales activities, bids, or major input into the sales lifecycle. Managing activities and providing qualitative and quantitative information for successful sales. Producing complete proposals for smaller engagements within area of expertise. Actively growing the company portfolio with existing customers through new opportunities and change management.

About you:

• You have a Bachelor s degree in engineering or related field as well as 10 years of relevant work experience.
• You have one or more of the following certifications CISSP, CISA, MBCI, CBCP, CSA, CCSP, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, ISO 27001, OSCP, CEH, CISM, PCI DSS QSA, SANS Certifications

• You have been involved in large projects in the area of Information Security spanning Cloud Security, Data Centre Security, Database Security and Network Security, Incident response, Threat Intelligence and Management, have Hands on experience on Security Architecture design and implementation for Large organizations
• You have experience in cloud environments (AWS, MSA, GCP), O365 Security, Security policy, process, guidelines & procedures development.
• You have strong knowledge on at least 4 of the following areas: Cloud Security, network security, and IoT security, security operations, Identity & access management, disaster recovery and incident management, DB security, data security, data protection and recovery, encryption & PKI
• You have experience in Security assessments based on industry standards such as ISO27001 and/or NIST. Ability to align with or cross map with industry standards such as QSA PCI-DSS assessment experience would be an added advantage.
• You have experience in Telco environments with exposure to the telecom network side would be a plus.
• Additional capability in the area of Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Management will be a significant advantage, especially DR design, DR development and review.
• You have sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to design and scope multiple security deliverables across a number of technologies and have demonstrated innovation and good conceptual communication of new deliverables and offerings.
• You have led teams in the delivery of multiple deliverables across multiple technologies and possess an understanding, at a detailed level, of architectural dependencies of technologies in use in the customers IT environment.
• You re a recognized expert in one or more technologies within own technical community and also at regional level. Hold a vendor or industry certification in at least one discipline area.
• You have the ability to work in a multi- technology environment with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems to their root cause. In addition to troubleshooting skills and consulting skills, have ability to summarize prognosis and impact at practice lead level. Ability to adapt a consulting style appropriate to the situation and can identify up-sell opportunities.
• You re able to demonstrate a broad understanding of market dynamics, an industry area, commercial issues, and technical concerns whilst maintaining depth in core focus area.
• You can present within own area of expertise as part of a customer sales presentation, putting forward domain-specific information within the context of the company strategy and focus.
• You have demonstrated ability in the gathering of requirements, designs, plans and estimates. Able to produce complete proposals for smaller engagements within own area of expertise.
• You have a high level of autonomy under general direction and the ability to independently complete solution implementation or application design deliverables.
• You are a great verbal and written communicator and can demonstrate expert consultative selling techniques, including C-level communication.
• You have the ability and willingness to travel.
