Security Systems Senior Manager to join our team in Bangalore , Karn taka (IN-KA) , India (IN) .

  • Oversees teams responsible for moderately large or complex security projects or engagements.
  • Manages various projects, both technical and non-technical.
  • Manages technical project teams that are assessing or implementing security related technology, work cross-functionally with other leads in IT or business functions to meet project milestones and service levels.
  • Manages the budget, assures timeline compliance and develops staffing models.
  • Makes decisions on operating procedures, analytical approaches and workflow.
  • Held accountable for all people-management activities for subordinate staff and responsible for establishing goals and objectives for the department.
  • Continuous improves information security policies and practices.
  • Liaises with other departments regarding cost analysis chargebacks and analyzes the value obtained from all suppliers.
  • Responsible for metrics and data inputs to PL
  • Communicates information security policy and best security practices to a wide range of audiences

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of technology and information security.
  • Strong working knowledge of currently accepted information security standards, guidelines and theories.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills working with both technical and non- technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to influence others to achieve results. Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup.
  • Understand industry trends.
  • Presentation skills. Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables
