*SED Manufacturing Program ManagerContextSchneider Digital (SD) and Global Supply Chain (GSC) are working together to provide IT efficiency for Schneider manufactories all around the world. To do so, GSC is defining its needs and SD has to provide IT solutions to be deployed. These activities are relative to SD Manufacturing capability. The objective of this capability is to make sure that any IT solution deployed in the manufacturing scope is compatible with Schneider Electric IT ecosystem and will respect IT best practices.Job DescriptionIn coordination with the manufacturing capability owner, the Schneider Electric Digital (SD) manufacturing expert/lead is responsible for management of IT manufacturing activities in coordination with GSC. He/She has to make sure that IT solutions deployed all around the world for manufacturing:are following the standard and recommendations, are compatible with SE IT ecosystem are certified or part of the certification process He/She also has to:participate to Smartfactory program and deployment participate to technical debt reduction. Ensure that all projects & certification are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Drive the third party to implement the defined functionality / solution Participate in the functional vision of the solution, in relationship with IT experts Participate on demand validation (DP) Participate on budget follow-up and procurement needs Participate on global cybersecurity approach for manufacturing He/She Will work closely with members of cross-functional teams consisting of :Global Supply Chain(GSC) SD (Regional, Architecture / Certification, Security) Business Unit Leads and others. He/She will also be the coordinator of the local team in Bangalore in order to ensure good share of workload and priorities.This role requires IT background (specially on manufacturing and warehousing software packages). The standards many applications going forward will be aligned with Industry 4.0 and IoT.Technical debt refers in this context to all applications tagged as manufactory where we must ensure that technical debt is addressed (decom of unused applications, rationalization, redevelopment ), *QualificationsProfileHold a Bachelor of Engineering/Computer Science degree with 5+ year of experience IT experience in which 5+ year in software / package projects. Manufacturing exposure with minimum 4 years IoT and Digitization, Industry 4.0 Project management, co-ordination (eg. WaterFall / PMI, Agile, ITIL, DevOps )Required competencies: Experience and knowledge in IT for supply chain & manufacturing: ie. IoT, Digitization, IT (Information Technology) separation from OT (Operational Technology), PLCs, e Kanban, e Quality, e Performance, Work Instructions, Work Order Management, Edge box Experience in cyber security (ie. penetration testing, vulnerability testing, ) Experience in IS Architecture Understanding of key Infrastructure components (SaaS, PaaS, AWS, ALI, Third party application ) Understanding in Network / Connectivity Experience in project methodologies (eg. PMI / Waterfall, Agile, DevOps ) Autonomy Good communication skills Teamwork skills Excellent level of English
