Infosys is seeking a Manufacturing Domain Consultant with specialization in Supply Chain (demand forecasting, inventory optimization, sales forecasting, route optimization etc.) and/or Automotive space (predictive maintenance, safety and recall analytics, data monetization for connected cars etc.). The role requires a thorough understanding of the challenges, opportunities and trends in this space with an appreciation from a data analytics perspective. Ability to convert a business problem/opportunity to a scope statement that leverages data and analytics techniques will be the single most important skill. It is also required that the candidate is able to perform a cost-benefit analysis for a given project and communicate clearly on the ROI of implementing the project while citing the critical success factors, risks etc. Should be able to provide a thought leadership to clients and define a roadmap of use-cases/projects to address their objectives and pain points. We drive a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued Required Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree At least 5 years of experience with Information Technology Should be able to multi-task across customer engagements Need to be able to provide solutions and participate in RFP solutioning Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle Knowledge of Agile development methodologies Should have experience in working in client facing roles Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment,
