Job Description

    Dear Applicant, We are actively hiring energetic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Seller Support Executive to work with Indias top BPO firm.Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply!Role & Responsibilities:
    • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in a professional and clear manner.
    • Provide advertising support to sellers registered on Amazon and active on the ads panel.
    • Monitor ad performance and offer virtual light account management to sellers.
    • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of seller/merchant queries with proper escalation as needed.
    • Maintain a consistently positive and professional attitude, representing the company favorably and managing sensitive issues with care.
    Qualifications:
    • A Bachelors degree is mandatory.
    • Candidates must have 0-2 years of experience in relevant fields such as:
      • Sales
      • E-commerce
      • Customer Support
      • Ads Sales
      • Digital Ads
      • Cold Calling
    • Certifications in Ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads) will be an added advantage.
    • Fluency in English and Hindi (both verbal and written) is mandatory. Knowledge of any regional language will be a plus.
