Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Booksand Tally ERP.
    • Handle Accounts Payable (AP)and Accounts Receivable (AR)processes.
    • Prepare and file GST returnswhile ensuring compliance with taxation requirements.
    • Perform bank reconciliationsand resolve discrepancies.
    • Support month-end and year-end closingactivities.
    • Prepare accurate financial reportsand maintain accounting records.
    • Analyze financial data and generate reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
    Required Skills
    • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
    • Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
    • Strong understanding of GST, taxation, and accounting principles.
    • Experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable.
    • Proficiency in bank reconciliationand financial reporting.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
    Preferred Candidate Profile
    • 3years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
    • Practical experience with Zoho Booksis mandatory; exposure to Tally ERPis highly preferred.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
