an ideal candidate should have passed B.Com / M.Com from a reputed university.the job function ishe / she should have minimum 5 to 6 year of work experience in handling key accounting and finance functions like1. maintaining books of accounts in tally / sap erp is a must.2. handling day to day accounting functions like sales / purchase entry and ledger accounts is a must.3. able to do both direct and indirect taxation work and filing statutory filings independently is needed.4. able to interact with bankers and do bank reconciliation statement is a must.5. able to arrange working capital requirements if need arises from banks and other financial institutions.6. able to assist the internal auditors and statutory auditors of the company in filing balance sheet , profit and loss account and other financial statement every financial year for registrar of companies and other statutory and other legal entities.7. working knowledge in tally erp 9 and also good knowledge in MS excel is a must.8. an ideal candidate should have knowledge in TDS returns, goods and service tax returns and latest rules pertaining to the same.9. knowledge in income tax returns of the employee and claiming of refund if any is also needed.10. filing of TDS returns regular to the concerned authorities like income tax department is a must and also filing of provident fund, professional tax and emplyee state insurance is needed on their respective portal is a must.
