Amazon Advertising is seeking a Senior Ad Success Manager in Bangalore to lead the Campaign management and optimization team for Large Customers of APAC (Japan, China, Australia, Korea, Taiwan and India). This person will lead a geographically distributed team of Ads Account Managers responsible for delighting our advertisers through advertising solutions that enable optimum performance and delivery to maximize their marketing investment. Internally, this role will help customers grow by partnering closely with Amazon Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Data Science teams. This person will drive alignment with senior stakeholders, deliver expert POVs on performance, delivery and impact, and serve as the single-threaded owner for the service model Ads Account Managers provide.The Senior Ad Success Manager will lead their team to be experts of the Amazon ad product portfolio and performance and delivery consultants for their customers, providing data driven account, peer group and category insights that drive growth and build trust. He or she will leverage their experience and judgment to define organizational strategy, processes, tools, and incentives to maximize ROI and accelerate growth. They will develop and execute strategies to ensure the team is consistently delivering measurable results in advertiser satisfaction, YoY growth, renewal rates, and other operational excellence metrics. This role partners closely with sales leadership, leaders in the Insights and Performance Team, and product leadership to establish joint goals and strategies to drive Advertiser Satisfaction.Key job responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to meet client needs, team development, and output metrics like revenue Obtain ongoing client and partner feedback to assess performance against organizational objectives Engage with Amazon Advertising s leadership team and product/platform leadership to represent business results and advocate for customer needs Hire and develop a world-class team Conduct resource management and capacity planning Understand the Amazon Advertising product suite, tools, and campaign management workflow and how our broader Customer Success Team integrates with each other Develop and implement best practices to drive consistently strong ROI and ease of doing business and to scale for anticipated growth., Bachelors Degree Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers Experience with influencing internal and external stakeholders Experience in building and scaling high performance teams Experience in leading manager of managers 6+ years of experience in people management, preferably in client-facing roles 6+ years of experience in client-facing role with a strong focus on data analysis, insights, and development/delivery of narratives Bachelors degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, or Business; MBA is a plus Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills Ability to navigate data and leverage analytics to make decisions Understanding of digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media math Ability to establish effective cross team and cross functional partnerships to drive cross-team initiatives Adept at solving problems that span business and technology Proven record of attracting, retaining and growing exceptional account management and customer service professionals
