Job Description

  • Responsible for:The statutory/ tax audit and reporting Dell Technologies India legal entities.Direct Tax accounting (Tax provisioning for U Gaap, Ind AS, Advance tax estimates, Supporting the tax team on filing income tax return, transfer pricing return, accounting support to tax team on litigation matters for Dell Technologies India entities.Collation of accounting information of foreign subsidiaries.
  • Responsible for the completion of internal audit and internal control over financial reporting for Dell Technologies India entities
Essential Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant with minimum 7 to 8 years of experience.
  • Relevant accounting/ tax work experience in audit firms/accounting in corporate houses.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of statutory reporting requirements under Companies Act, 2013, Income Tax Act, 1961. Conceptual understanding of accounting standards. Any experience/ knowledge on Ind AS will be added advantage.
  • Good at stakeholder management and communication skills.
