They also propose strategic or tactical plans based on business data and market trends.Key Responsibilities Provide analytics and research support to drive data based informed decision making into Run the business activities in marketing, future state capability roadmap, engineering-program launches (create/ ideate / verify stage) to understand risks, opportunities, end state objectives (Impact - KPIs). The Digital Analytics team is responsible for insights and recommendations to optimize usable interface designs across applications by applying a user-centered, iterative design process. Collects behavioral data from end users and customers to identify problems, and/or insights that impact product design and development.Accountabilities

• Understand and provide analytics on user behavior and performance for across various platforms like Dell.com, Premier, DellEMC.com, and DellTechnologies.com. Sales applications, E-support applications
• Develop and maintain RTB metrics & definitions for each domain drive adoption of these metrics and deliver insights into how they enable performance & user experience
• Work with various online business partners to track platform KPI, provide actionable insights and recommendation to improve online business performance.
• Work with stakeholders to identify analytics hypothesis, provide clear analysis/ next steps to be undertaken.
• Perform quick ad-hoc analyses and communicate key findings to management in a crisp manner - put together thoughts in an exec friendly format
• Identify Opportunities for Business Impact & drive these projects to completion
• Interface regularly with regional / global initiative leaders and use business knowledge, data knowledge and domain knowledge to provide ongoing business insights
• Contribute to improve Process and reduce overall issues via automation

Essential Requirements

• Education MBA/ degree in business administration or Bachelor s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science/IT, Applied Science, Math, Statistics
• Strongly analytical skills, ability to understand business situations and provide data backed analysis.
• Expert in data analysis and presentation tools including Excel, PowerPoint. And In-depth knowledge of data base functions and query languages (SQL OLAP)
• Understanding of Statistics and working knowledge of different statistical tools
• Team work spirit and enable to be part of a global team, with remote leaders and peers
• Being self-reliant and capable of both independent work and as member of a team;
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey analytic insights effectively to both IT and business audiences

Desirable Requirements

• Worked as a business analyst in Analytics/ Business Intelligence/ Consulting - Candidate should have played a role where he/she has been accountable for delivery within a business area
• Previous experience in web analytics in B2C or B2B domains, working knowledge of software development cycles
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
• Creative Problem solving approach
• Experience with statistical tools like SAS, Statistica, and/or JMP
• Experience with large, high-volume web sites
