Job Description

Job purpose:The incumbent is responsible to support heavy ad hoc reporting needs as well as assist in the creation of recurring reports intended for multiple users supporting a team of analysts, & supervisors; possess complete knowledge of SAP including navigation of the system, using T codes, Finance Controlling (FICO) expert and the ability to teach others how best understand the system during our system implementation.Your client responsibilities:

  • Strong SQL skills including knowledge of relational databases (such as Access and SQL Management Studio) (a must)
  • Strong knowledge and Experience on Power Bi Desktop
  • Good Experience in creating calculated measures and columns with DAX
  • Good at creating different visualizations using Slicers, Lines, Pies, Maps, Waterfall, Heat Maps, and Tree maps etc
  • Having Good Experience on Building the Power BI Report Modelling.
  • Good experience configuring gateways and scheduling power bi reports
  • Strong knowledge of MSBI Cube Design, SSIS package and SSRS report creation
  • Knowledge of MDX including knowledge of cube formulas (nice to have)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP including navigation of the system, using T codes, Finance Controlling (FICO) expert and the ability to teach others how best understand the system during our system implementation. (this is a must for us)
  • Strong Excel formula/pivot knowledge including Match , Index , Sumifs , offset , conditionals etc. (again a must)
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience in financial reporting and database skills.
  • Planning, budgeting, and reporting experience would be added advantage.
Technical skills requirements:
  • MSBI (SSAS,SSIS,SSRS)
  • Power BI Desktop
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Strong knowledge of SAP - FICO
  • Knowledge of excel macros (VBA)

  • Possess strong communication skill
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Have logical and analytical skill
  • Be decisive on real time basis
