  • Define, design, transition and continually improve the IT Service Management lifecycle, including: processes, roles, metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), tools
  • Work with Process owner in delivering the following responsibilities:
  • Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation and communication of the processes, policies, and procedures to other cross-functional IT teams.
  • Work with the service excellence managers to implement the process across all the IT Applications and Infrastructure teams.
  • Work closely with IT Quality team to ensure the process documents conform to the ISO and GxP audit compliance.
  • Work closely with the IT Quality team and the IT teams (Applications & Infrastructure) for audit readiness.
  • Participate in audits (ISO, FDA, GxP). Work closely with the audit team and IT teams to close any deviations or non-conformance findings during the audit.
  • Keep the process documents (SOPs, work instructions, etc) up to date and ensure the periodic reviews are completed on time.
  • Provide ITSM leadership experience and coaching processes
  • Provide guidance to the development processes and procedures, ensuring integration across a best practice framework ITIL v3 (2011) lifecycle
Who you are:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
  • 6-10 years Experience facilitating, leading or supporting implementation of ITSM and/or ITIL v3 (2011) process frameworks
  • ITIL v3 (2011) or v4 Foundations Certifications is a must, ITIL v3 (2011) Intermediate certification preferred.
  • Experience in Process Design, Transition, Operations and overall Service Management in all aspects of the ITIL v3 (2011) Service Management lifecycle
  • Good understanding of ITIL Processes with emphasis on Software Development and Maintenance, Release Management, Service Portfolio Management.
  • Excellent communication skills: oral and written, listening.
  • Demonstrated unconditional collaboration with all the cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in IT Applications & Infrastructure technology environment highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs)
  • Experience managing ISO certification audits for IT processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be highly pro-active in prioritizing issues
  • Works independently with minimal guidance
  • Capable of demonstrating, leading and teaching basic ITIL v3 (2011) best practices
  • Familiarity with program and project management and information technology services delivery methodologies
  • Knowledge of GxP (GAMP, GLP, etc) preferred.
  • Experience in creating GxP relevant documentations (Qualification & software validation) is preferred.
  • Experience working in a Healthcare or Life Science industry is a plus
