  • Leads the requirements and risk management of a system or system function
  • Elicits and analyses the stakeholder requirements in line with their user needs
  • Prepares proposals and alternatives for discussion with major stakeholders.
  • Specifies the requirements of a product release, which serves as contract for the project s WHAT will be delivered, with focus on good-is-good-enough
  • Manages safety, privacy, and security risks for the system or system function in question
  • Leads the overall design and integration for a system or system function in a project aligned with the product architecture as defined and owned by the product owners.
  • Leads the design to the level that it can be realized by mono-disciplinary project teams,
  • Defines the technical concept, maps dependencies, and implements the constraints that originate from legacy, regulatory and relevant cross functional areas
  • Discusses, deploys and attunes solutions with the project (core) team members
  • Determines and manages the external and internal interfaces framework in cooperation with all interface stakeholders
  • Leads solutions when issues are found during implementation, integration & test
  • Monitors and manages that the design is understood, deployed, and used / implemented correctly by the project team
  • Supports Integral and/or R&D Project Manager with planning and budget
  • Estimates own and team work and defines worked-out scenarios to optimize a plan
  • Obtains and maintains internal and external network for knowledge build-up
