This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base. The Role Responsibilities This role in Global Banking Technology is within CLDM for the position of Technology Architect. Position will be key to strategic programme to drive the solution design for an integrated operating model for full client life-cycle management covering onboarding, financial market regulation, tax regulation, client due diligence, entity client data management, client maintenance, and off-boarding Our Ideal Candidate Ideal candidate must have proven credentials of designing end to end solutions in world class engineering teams having have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. With a bachelor s degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent discipline, he/she must have relevant experience fulfilling responsibilities of the position. Must be a confident self-starter with ability to collaborate and devise solutions. Relevant industry certifications are an added plus. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks is required.Core Competencies:Strongly Desired competencies:Formulate Technology strategy, architecture principles and roadmap from business strategyRecommend future technology capabilities and architecture design considering business objectives, technology strategy, trends and regulatory requirementsAble to present Business Case and Cost Justification of the development of IT Systems.Good breadth of skills on open systems & technologiesGood knowledge in Cloud Infrastructure and emerging technologiesShould have designed the software for performance, scalability and other non-functional requirementsGood understanding of software development lifecycle using Agile/Waterfall modelsApplication performance tuning, application performance analysis and tuning, analysing performance metricsStrong hands on experience on DevOps including GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins, JIRA, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker and automation test tool like CA LISA, SoapUI.Should have implemented solutions using technologies like Java, JEE, WCF, ReactJS, IIS.NET, WWF, Business Rule Engines, BPM, Linux/Windows, Cloud, Database like Oracle/SQL Server, IMDG products.Strong experience in open source frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, OpenJPA, QueryDSL, AOP & JTA Transaction Management and Apache Libraries (Camel/ActiveMQ/Commons)Preferred competencies:Strong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworksGood verbal and written communication skillsGood knowledge on object oriented analysis and designUnderstanding on source control, versioning, branching etc.Good to have experience in containerization technologies - Docker, KubernetesExperience in distributed technologies e.g. Kafka, Apache MQ, RabbitMQ etc will be added advantageExperience on Big data technologies and tool sets (Hadoop, Spark etc.),
