Job Description

  • Support the Content team in India, liaising with local SMEs and Global Marketing team to help drive the success and high quality of marketing communications and campaigns
  • Support the delivery of compelling, thought-provoking content that achieves project-specific and overarching communication goals
  • Write, edit and proofread content to ensure alignment with corporate style, tone, voice and brand attributes
Responsibilities & Tasks Include:Business as Usual (BAU) Activities:Support the development of content and/or processes for a wide range of marketing and communications materials, such as:
  • Follow-on assets from our research campaigns
  • Bylined articles
  • Client-facing newsletters and sales decks
  • Product collateral
  • Global Marketing-owned content in RFPs
  • Digital content for publication on our website or via marketing emails
  • Internal communications
Individual Responsibilities
  • Provide editorial and project management support to Content Marketing team as required; may include requests for proposal content, client email marketing campaigns and web content
  • Assist with execution of established content strategies to deliver customized messaging that resonates with clients and other target audiences globally
  • Work as part of an integrated campaign team to ensure that content consistently supports strategy and is delivered on schedule across all channels, raising any issues impacting deliverables in a timely fashion
  • Perform and track all required Legal and Compliance reviews of content, ensuring all content has appropriate sign-off before distribution and approvals are fully documented
  • Generate ideas / suggestions for reconfiguring content for different marketing channels and audiences, including print, multimedia and digital platforms
  • Ability to manage and organize multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize requests
Job Requirements:Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree in English, marketing communications or other related field
  • 2-3 years experience working in Marketing environment, internships included
  • Experience working both independently and as part of a team in a global, deadline-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing platforms a plus
Skills required:
  • Entry-level communication skills, presentation skills; strong writing, editing and proofreading capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
  • Project management skills
  • Pride of ownership with the ability to deliver high quality results in a timely manner
  • Self-motivated, self-assured, and self-managed
