Job Description

    Areas of Responsibility - Review HR processes to identify areas of improvement, in collaboration with the Center HR and Geo C&B teams, and recommend process improvement and automation proposals - Collaborate with multi-functional teams to derive workable solutions for HR process transformation, committing to implementation approach and timelines, in consensus with all stakeholders - Drive projects to ensure successful closure of process improvement, transition, and automation initiatives - Ensure robust Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements are defined and documented, with sign off from all stakeholders - Implement and monitor governance and control mechanisms to ensure service level agreements and compliance requirements are being met Performance Measure - Number of programs and initiatives successfully closed every month / quarter - Adherence to project implementation timelines, management of governance and control measure Competencies - HR Domain Knowledge: Demonstrates knowledge of HR processes, relevant laws, and regulatory requirements - Planning and Organizing: Ability to prioritize tasks as per relative importance, criticalities, and interdependencies. Ability to proactively identify critical inputs for the planning process by analyzing data and experiential inputs. - High Impact Communication: Ability to use listening and precision questioning skills effectively to drive results. Ability to communicate with conviction and respect. - Ownership and accountability: Assume complete responsibility for taking of a task / project to its logical conclusion, doing what needs to be done immediate and without any delay. Hold accountability for ensuring that the outcome is of high quality and delivered in a timely manner. Educational Qualification & Technical Knowledge - MBA in HR - Macro writing skills is an added advantage,
